Accreditation is used to evaluate and regularly monitor the technical competence, reliability, independence and integrity of bodies, e.g. service providers such as ift Rosenheim. In Germany, this is done by the German Accreditation Society (DAkkS). So you could also say, "Accreditation is the state examination of the test engineers."
So that you can also trust in our services, the DAkkS regularly monitors ift Rosenheim and thus evaluates the competent and responsible transformation of national and international specifications. Additional multilateral agreements (MLA, ILAC) between national accreditation authorities guarantee the accreditation of the ift-Nachweis and ift Certificates worldwide.
In order to be able to act as an independent body, an accreditation according to national and European standards, the so-called notification, is required in addition to the accreditation. In Germany, this is issued by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt). ift Rosenheim is notified to the EU and the other EU member states as a testing, inspection and certification body (TIC).
Further accreditations of ift Rosenheim in Germany and abroad facilitate market access for ift clients in these countries through coordinated tests and inspections.
The following overview provides you with detailed information as well as the topical accreditation and/or accreditation notices (DIBt, DAkkS) with the specific scopes.
