ift MessTec rüstet neues ift-Labor Bauakustik + Fassaden mit Prüfständen aus

Im Juni 2021 hat das ift Rosenheim das neue Labor Bauakustik + Fassade eröffnet. Es umfasst mehrere Prüfstände für Luft-, Tritt- und Flankenschallprüfungen sowie Fassadenprüfstände mit einer Prüföffnung von maximal 11 x 12 Metern. Die ift MessTec führte die Planung und Fertigung dieser modernen Anlagen durch. So entstand innerhalb kurzer Zeit ein hochmodernes und flexibel einsetzbares Prüfzentrum (Video), das Prüfungen nach verschiedensten internationalen Normen ermöglicht. Bei der Planung kompletter Prüfzentren nach individuellen Anforderungen, können Kunden auf die langjährige Erfahrung und maßgeschneiderte Ingenieursarbeit der ift MessTec vertrauen.

Neuer Klima-Prüfstand - Eisprinzessin | Schüco International KG

Die ift MessTec durfte für Schüco International ein neues Klimamodul für das Technologiezentrum in Bielefeld entwickeln. Damit lassen sich Fenster- und Türelemente mit bis zu ± 10.000 Pa (entspricht ca 450 km/h Windgeschwindigkeit) und bei Außentemperaturen von – 20°C bis + 90°C prüfen. Aufgrund der großen Kompetenz bei der Entwicklung spezieller Prüfgeräte, oder nach nationaler, wie internationaler Prüfnormen sowie durch die Zusammenarbeit mit dem ift Rosenheim und dessen Akkreditierung als Kalibrierlabor, sind Prüfungen nach europäischen, amerikanischen, chinesischen und weiterer Standards möglich.

General product description

The test rig determines the permeability of joints, water tightness and the resistance to wind load on windows, French windows and facades. Besides sealing, panels and other exterior wall parts are tested on these characteristics as well.

As standard, measuring units and care units with a volume flow rate of 100 m³/h, 450 m³/h or 800 m³/h are available. The volume flow rate is already converted in standard conditions. The testing pressure can be regulated up to 2500 Pa.

All measuring values are collected and visualized by an integrated computer. The clamping substructures are equipped in different dimensions with an electrically adjustable crossbar, variable side frames from stainless steel and one of the ift developed quick acting systems. These allow an easy and quick setting of your individual test specimen.

Test rig and accessories to the determination of joint permeability, water tightness and wind load behavior at windows, doors and facades. Sealings, panels and other outside wall components can be checked for the above characteristics as well.

As standard, measuring units and care units with a volume flow of 100 m³/h, 450 m³/h or 800 m³/h are available.The volume flow is already converted in norm conditions. The testing pressure can be regulated up to 5000 Pa or 15000 Pa.

The hydraulic pressure and flow rate can be set by hand or electrically and recorded by a measuring turbine.

All measuring values are collected and visualized via an integrated computer. The clamping substructures are equipped in different dimensions with an electrically adjustable crossbar, variable side frames from stainless steel and one of the ift developed quick acting systems.

General product description

Test rig and mountings for tension and compression testing for different types of glasses.
The test rig is made of a solid coated metal frame. An electromechanical servo axis is installed in the center. Those raises controlled force loads to the specimen.
The compressing indenter attachment and the bearing are made of an Ø 50 mm steel shaft, coated with rubber, and inserted in high performance slide bearings. Operating is force controlled.

There are three different indenters to choose from:

G: Glass (single-pane and toughened safety glass)
SG: Shipbuilding and marine structures
E: Welded corner and T-joint
The measurement occurs by a protected measuring system with a range of 300 mm that is installed protected in the electromechanic cylinder. A premium load cell and a carries frequency amplifier measure the force load.
The evaluation of the breaking load and the recording of the measured values in Excel format take place by the software. A graph visualizes the test run.
The surrounding and the operating staff are protected by a Plexiglas hood. Furthermore a security check against glass fragments is installed at the doors.
A container catches the cullet below the test rig. Costly cleaning time is herby avoided.
