In Germany, burglar resistance has become increasingly important over recent years. Equipping a house with the right windows, doors, gates, or roller shutters gives end customers a feeling of security. But you don't always have to buy a new product. In order to find the right product, the office of the Police Crime Prevention Commission (KPK) publishes manufacturer directories, including for burglar-resistant window handles. This enables the end customer to contact recommended companies directly when searching.
The prerequisite for inclusion in the KPK list is certification by an accredited body in accordance with EN ISO/IEC 17065.
