In Germany, burglar resistance has become very important over the last few years. Equipping a house with the right windows, doors, gates or roller shutters makes the end customer feel secure. But you don't always have to buy a new product. Often, retrofitting with the right components can be the solution.
In order to find the right product, the office of the Police Crime Prevention Commission (KPK) publishes manufacturer directories, including those of burglar resistant products for port installation and additional burglar resistant products.
This allows end customers to target recommended companies during their search. The prerequisite for inclusion in the KPK list is certification by an accredited body according to EN ISO/IEC 17065.
