  • User management - different access rights for documents and data can be assigned to persons

 

Activation process

In order to use the document center as ift client, the company has to be activated by ift Rosenheim. Therefore, one person has to be named as a local admin for your company and is therefore the main contact person for ift Rosenheim.

 

  1. Please completely fill-in the following form and send it
  2. Registrate in the ift portal with your personalized e-mail-address of your company
  3. Upon checking your data, you will get your own site with the document center and the user management for your company
  4. The client-admin can, after logging in at the user management, add further (already registered) user and given permissions
