Please make a note in your cover letter and send copies of the documents to the postal address of the human resource department. Please understand that we do not return the copies of the certificates after we have scanned them, but destroy them.

Your documents are treated as strictly confidential and made available to the relevant persons at human resources as well as the relevant division. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to an individual interview. Here we would like to get to know you better and clarify the first important details on the position. However, this is a good opportunity to clarify open questions or to discuss the further process. The next step will be – depending on the position – a one-day work trial in the relevant department. In order to evaluate your application at the best, we need a personal cover letter, your tabular curriculum vitae and further job relevant documents such as certificates and confirmations on individual additional qualifications.

We are of course delighted about excellent grades, however, the overall picture is more important for us. Ambition and motivation are not only visible in good grades but in your whole curriculum vitae. Therefore, depending on the position, lateral entrants with the right working attitude will also have an opportunity. For some vacancies, professional experience of several years in our field is an essential prerequisite. This demand is written in the respective job advertisment.

Yes, as soon as possible. Our preferred way to communicate is email. Therefore, we normally send the confirmation of receipt this way. Please check – if necessary – your spam folder.

As your application will be viewed by our human resources department as well as by the supervisor of the respective department, it is difficult to give a general statement. As we all have been an applicant, we know that each application is a glimse of hope. Therefore, processing the application has high priority to our employees. You will get an intermediate reply, if the final answer takes longer due to illness, holiday, or the like.

If you professional profile and your application suite the vacancy, we normally invite you to a personal meeting. Hence, you make an one-day work trial with a meeting at the end of that day, so that we and you are certain in our decision. These are appr. 4 hours were we get to know each other better than in one job interview. It is in the interest of both sides to achive a decision very quickly after the interview/work trial.

Yes. We supervise every year a large number of student research projects and theses. The subjects are set in agreement with you. In many cases, making an intership at ift is the start for the thesis – as trainee at ift Rosenheim GmbH you will have best perspectives.

Please make sure that our enclosures are virus scanned. Infected applications do not reach us as they are deleted directly by the system. The documents should not exceed 5 MB. We prefer pdf or word files. Furtermore, please give your postal adress at an application via email. We require the same requests for an email application as for an postal application, e.g. it has to be formally correct and at least with cover letter and curriculum vitae.
