The ift Rosenheim is delighted to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its CEO Dr. Jochen Peichl. Since February 2004, Dr. Peichl has played a key role in the development and success of ift Rosenheim. Together with the former director of the institute, Prof. Sieberath, Dr. Peichl took over the management of ift Rosenheim in 2004 and has made a significant contribution to ensure that the institute has developed into a healthy company and has grown steadily. The trusting cooperation with the board and advisory board of the Institut für Fenstertechnik e.V. has also contributed to this.
In the first years, Dr. Peichl was primarily responsible for the commercial aspects within the ift, today in his function as CEO. Under his management, the ift Rosenheim's position as a central technical institution in the industry was consolidated and expanded and the range of testing, inspection and certification services was continuously extended. The ift has also built up an excellent reputation as a training and qualification institution, research and expert body and as a knowledge provider, which has also been accompanied by a expansion of the ift management team.
Dr. Peichl has precise goals for the future of ift Rosenheim: the digital transformation will continue to set the agenda in the coming years and climate change, with all its challenges for the industry, will demand a great deal - the ift will also provide extensive support and possible solutions for this. His wish, like that of Prof. Lass, who has been director of the institute since 2020, is to continue to offer ift Rosenheim's customers and members the same high level of technical expertise.
Dr. Peichl on his 20th anniversary: "I never thought I would stay this long. And why? The ift is a great company with first-class products and services and an excellently qualified team - and there has always been scope to develop the ift Rosenheim further." With a twinkle in his eye, he adds: "The wonderful geographical location of Rosenheim is of course also a good reason to stay here."
